CNC Machine

The CNC Mono 200 is a compact, high-precision machining center with a 600×400×300mm working area and 700×400mm table (150kg capacity). Its 12,000 RPM BT30 spindle (5.5kW) delivers ±0.005mm accuracy, supported by linear guides achieving 36m/min speeds. The Siemens 828D control features a 15" touchscreen and manages a 12-station tool changer (2.5s changes). Standard 50L coolant system and optional 4th axis or probing system enhance its capabilities for precision machining applications.

VMC Machine

Compact 2500×2200×2400mm vertical machining center with 850×550×500mm work area (600kg capacity). Features 12,000 RPM BT40/BT50 spindles (7.5/11kW) delivering ±0.005mm accuracy at 36m/min rapids. Equipped with Siemens/Fanuc controls (15" touchscreen), 24-tool ATC (2.2s changes), 120L coolant system, and 12th axis indexer for complex machining. 12th Axis Indexer

A 12th axis indexer is a device used in CNC machining or automated manufacturing systems to provide control over a twelfth axis of movement or rotation. These indexers are typically used in complex, multi-axis CNC machines, such as 5-axis or 9-axis machines with additional rotary tables or robotic arms, where more than the traditional X, Y, Z (and A, B, C) axes are needed.

Equipped with Fanuc/Siemens controls (8" display), 8-station turret, and 60L coolant. Optional live tooling available. Ideal for precision shafts and production turning.

Instrument

The Ultima M 800 offers 800mm (expandable to 1115mm) measuring range with 0.0005mm resolution and ±0.001/0.002mm repeatability. It features 600mm/s scan speed, 1.0N measuring force, 2+L/330µm accuracy, and 7µm squareness. With air suspension, 16-hour runtime, and 6mm ruby probe, this 25kg system operates in 10-40°C environments for precision metrology.

Drilling Machine

A heavy-duty drilling machine with 5mm - 50mm capacity, featuring a 50-3000 RPM spindle and ±0.02mm positional accuracy. Equipped with automatic feed (0.05-0.5mm/rev), digital depth control, and a 500mm column drill stroke. The 3-phase 3.7kW motor ensures powerful performance, while the rigid cast iron construction provides stability for precision drilling in metals and composites. Includes coolant system and MT3/MT4 spindle taper options. Ideal for workshops and production environments requiring high-accuracy hole drilling.
